The community in Peckham is very diverse and Saint John's has a history of engagement with it at all levels.

Our recent Social Audit has highlighted the diversity, of which Saint John's is a living icon.  Our Staff Team and members of the church are greatly involved as lights to the world in showing to all in our community the love of God.  Members of the church have great commitment to working beyond the church to bring about the transformation of our society.  Our commitment to justice demands this.

The community, in turn, sees Saint John's as a vital place of safe meeting space and we work together for the good of our parish.
