GLORIOUS: Radical, Sacramental Fresh Expression of the Church

As part of our commitment to Fresh Expressions of Church we are involved in setting up GLORIOUS! - A youth based Fresh Expression which uses Multi Media Mass as a vehicle for proclamation of our faith and inculturates our faith with contemporary means of communication.  ‘Glorious’ is still very new. It is based at the Parish of Saint John Chrysostom, Peckham working with the Parish of Saint Philip, Camberwell out of the work of Blessèd.  Glorious is not a regular and self-sustaining community, but rather an occasional gathering to inspire people in mission as a focus of youth ministry in our locality.  Our vision for the future is to develop this work and continue to have occasional large scale youth events.  We hope to combine this with the development of our buildings and to foster a community around art and music working with a small group of people in this area of South London.
